The unique licensing structure of
AMATH Foundations makes it possible to provide a true literacy
solution at a very low per user cost; approximately $25 or less per
student. As a true literacy solution, customers get more than just
software. AMATH Systems, Inc. satisfies ever changing demands with a
continually updated and improved product that is distributed
regularly, at no additional cost.
In addition, consulting services are
provided to our users in order to help them evaluate student
performance, correlate their performance to testing, improve their
performance, and produce reports for administrators. This software
based literacy product delivers mastery in high school level
mathematics for around the cost of a workbook. To provide this
software and service at a low cost, a two-component licensing system

Component 1: Site License or Individual Computer License/s
The Site/Computer License is a
one time cost and includes:
- A license to run the AMATH Foundations on any computer at
the site
- AMATH Foundations software for your server
(and clients if needed)
- Product customization
- Administrative and Reporting
software for accountability
- Product delivery
- Installation assistance and
teacher training via online
meeting.
Each Single Computer license includes the same components, but a
separate license is required for each computer on which AMATH
Foundations is intended to run. This is an option for schools
interested in using AMATH Foundations on a limited scale.
Component 2:
User License
Each student must have a valid
User License to gain access to AMATH Foundations. It may not be
transferred to another student or reset. A student who has been
allocated a Student License may continue to access AMATH
Foundations for as long as he/she remains at a school with a
Site/Computer license.
Once a student graduates or
moves on, his/her User License is removed from the pool of valid
licenses. Many students use AMATH Foundations for several years.
Additional User Licenses may be purchased for $6-25 depending on
quantity. Some schools elect to recover a portion of the cost by
charging the students a nominal lab fee. Our cost has been
adjusted to account for moderate turnover.

Product Delivery
We often distribute AMATH
Foundations to schools the same day a purchase order is
received. To minimize the potential for frustration, we require
that an AMATH representative assist our customers’ technology
representatives with their first installation via a simple web
meeting hosted by
gotomeeting.com.

*Schools are eligible for free AMATH Foundations patches,
upgrades, consulting, training, and support provided that they have
User Licenses that are valid (unallocated or currently in-use).
Customers that do not have valid licenses will be required to
purchase User Level access to the software before any related
services are provided. AMATH Systems, Inc. reserves the right to
